Error 3194 and Error 11

Hey! This is the thing, I have an Iphone 4 with 4.3.3 baseband 04.10.01, jailbroken and supposed to be locked at the moment) can have it unlocked on request to my carrier). I decided to upgrade to a cooked firmware 5.1.1 (even thought 6 is out) but I started getting errors from iTunes when I try to restore the ISPW........first 3194, changed the host file about a hundred times and used Tiny Umbrella, and eventually got error 11, which i can't get rid of....any clues please? Please do not suggest changing the host file or not using Tiny Umbrella...already have done this and it does NOT work... Thanks!
