Trying to update 3gs(new botroom) 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 + jailbrake & unlock ?

Hello Guys !
I thought i will have no problems while trying to update my old 3gs iphone 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 , but it looks it doesn't go without problems.
So i am using 3GS 4.0.1 s/n 88940****** , modem Firmware 05.13.04 and i have cheked that i have with the new botroom.
I want to preserve my baseband as i am going to use ultrasnow to unlock my phone if i success with the jailbrake.
1) I downloaded the latest Redsnow version 09.15.b3
2) downloaded - iPhone2,1_5.1.1_9B206_Restore.ipsw
3) extras > Custom IPSW ans selecting iPhone2,1_5.1.1_9B206_Restore.ipsw
4)Redsnow done with NO_BB ipsw
5)entering Pwned DFU in preparation to restoring with the custom IPSW with Itunes , going into DFU mode
6) open Itunes (itunes recognizing that the iphone is in in recovery mode) > shift + restore > selcting the NO_BB IPSW .......... > itunes unable to restore error (32)

what is the problem ?!!?
p.s. i am using the latest Itunes version

Okay since nobody is answering me...and since i did more resarch let me do the question that way :
If i use the
Extras>Even more>Restore way on Redsnow 09.15.b3
and restore my iphone 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 with the original 5.1.1 IPSW not the NO_BB is it gonna work that way and it is gonna preserve my baseband , so i gonna be able to jailbrake it and unlock it afterwards ?

and restore my iphone 4.0.1 to 5.1.1 with the original 5.1.1 IPSW not the NO_BB is it gonna work that way and it is gonna preserve my baseband , so i gonna be able to jailbrake it and unlock it afterwards ?
