How do i recover contact on my iphone

I downloaded an app called springclean on one of my apple devices to erase my contacts as I am selling the device after I have erased my contact on the said device all my contacts have disappeared from allof my other devices I tried restoring my iphone 4 and backing it up but the contacts only showed up for a few seconds but now they have disappeared again Please help me

I don't what cause this problem. But you can restore from iTunes Backup and iCloud Backup. Or Recover from iPhone device. Source from www.fireebok.com/fone-rescue.html
