Downgraded from iOS 7 to 6.1.4 having trouble retrieving backup

HI,
I was having some major issues with iOS 7 beta 3, which I had downloaded since the first release no i do not a a UDID i did it though the tutorial on here. Before i downgraded i did a back up to my computer and once i downgraded back to 6.1.4 and tried to do a restore to replace all of the apps and photos and ect. they weren't there. i could really use some help in order to retrieve all of the data on the iOS7 back up

same issue. hard to get an answer on here. nice website with all the info and all but no answer to questions :!
