What's New in iOS 26 Beta 2

Here's a look at some of the changes we've spotted in the second beta of iOS 26. The build number is 23A5276f.

What's New in iOS 26 Beta 2
● Control center has been updated with a stronger background blur to significantly improve separation from the underlying content.




● A new variant of the "Reflection" ringtone is now available.



● Safari browser has the new tab button moved back to the bottom. More menu controls have been reorganized.




● Default iOS 26 wallpaper responds to motion. You can get the new iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 wallpaper here.



● Alert badges now use blue instead of red for unknown senders.

● New Apple Music widget for Live Radio stations as well as one for launching Search.



● ChatGPT requests now categorized into 'Images' and 'Other'

● Recovery Assistant is a new way to recover your device if it doesn't start up normally. It can look for problems and attempt to resolve them if found.

● Track Orders from Mail - Siri will use order related information from Mail to update your order statuses in Wallet. You can change this anytime in Wallet & Apple Pay settings.



● Tweaked phone settings page
