Chinese site Zol, owned by CNET's parent company, CBS, has published a report indicating that Apple will be providing financial rewards to Foxconn workers producing Apple products. It is rumored the amount would be 1 to 2% of profits from those Apple products, which would help boost their current monthly salary of $130. If this is true, it is definitely a step in the right direction, considering the recent reports of suicides at Foxconn. As usual, Apple has not made any comment or confirmation on this report.
