Instagram integration is coming soon, allowing users to send and receive direct messages, photos, audio calls, and video calls via the glasses. This complements existing WhatsApp, Messenger, and native phone messaging capabilities. Users can initiate actions with commands like, "Hey Meta, send a message to Lisa on Instagram."
In the US and Canada, a continuous vision-based Meta AI conversation mode will soon be generally available. This lets users interact naturally without repeatedly saying "Hey Meta," for tasks like identifying pantry substitutes or selecting wine pairings.
