Apple has introduced new Control Center connectivity toggles and a Reset option with the release of iOS 18.1 beta 5.
With the new developer beta, users can now add individual Wi-Fi and VPN toggles to their customized control center layout. This is in addition to the Airplane Mode, Bluetooth, Cellular Data, and Personal Hotspot controls previously available.
The new beta also adds a "Reset Control Center" button that will reset your Control Center layout to factory defaults. This button can be found under Settings > Control Center.
Here's how you can customize your Control Center in iOS 18:
● Open Control Center by swiping down from the top right of the screen.
● Tap the Add button at the top left of Control Center to begin editing the controls.
Do any of the following:
● Rearrange controls: Drag a control to a new position.
● Remove a control or a set of controls: Tap the Remove button at the upper left of the control.
● Resize a control: Drag the handle at the lower right of the control
● Add more controls: Tap Add a Control at the bottom of the screen to open the controls gallery, then tap a control to add it to Control Center.
When you finish customizing, close Control Center by swiping up from the bottom center of the screen.
