The exact battery capacities of the new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max have been uncovered.
The information was spotted by blogdoiphone in regulatory certificates issued by Anatel, Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency.
As we know, this year's certification process occurred at record speed, with documents being released even before the global launch of the iPhone 16. This is important considering that Brazil is not part of the group of countries that will launch the new iPhones on September 20.
Here are the battery capacities for the iPhone 16:
● iPhone 16 - 3561mAh (up 6.33% from iPhone 15 @ 3349mAh)
● iPhone 16 Plus - 4674mAh (up 6.64% from iPhone 15 Plus @ 4383mAh)
● iPhone 16 Pro - 3582mAh (up 9.41% from iPhone 15 Pro @ 3274mAh)
● iPhone 16 Pro Max - 4685mAh (up 5.95% from iPhone 15 Pro Max @ 4422mAh)
In addition to the increase in battery capacity, Apple has also introduced faster charging to the iPhone 16 lineup. With the new MagSafe Charger and a 30W power adapter, users can now wirelessly charge at 25W, up from 15W for previous generations. Additionally, the iPhone 16 may support wired fast charging at up to 45W with a 45W power adapter.
The iPhone 16 will officially be released tomorrow September 20, 2024. Please download the iClarified app or follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and RSS for more iPhone news and tutorials!
