Apple iPhone 17 Rumored to Have 12GB of RAM

The 2025 Apple iPhone 17 is rumored to feature 12GB of RAM, up from 8GB, according to a new rumor from 'Smartphone Chip Expert' on Weibo.

In a post late yesterday night, the leaker suggested that those with a tight budget might wait for the iPhone 17 as it will offer additional RAM and more AI capabilities.

If you want to switch to an AI iPhone, perhaps the iPhone 17 in 2025 might be a better choice. This year's iPhone 16 only has 8GB of memory, mainly focusing on cloud-based AI. Next year's iPhone 17 will have 12GB of memory, with more edge AI applications. This is for those with a limited budget looking to upgrade their iPhone, of course, those with ample money need not worry. ​​​
