Apple's next generation iPhone 16 Pro could feature the thinnest bezel ever on a smartphone, according to a new rumor from leaker Ice Universe.

My friend confirmed that iPhone 16 Pro will reduce bezel, surpassing Galaxy S24 to become the world's narrowest bezel mobile phone, which seems to be very close to the dream form.
It's widely rumored that Apple will update the iPhone 16 Pro lineup with a 0.2-inch larger display. This would move the iPhone 16 Pro from a 6.1-inch to 6.3-inch display and the iPhone 16 Pro Max from a 6.7-inch to 6.9-inch display. By reducing the bezel size, Apple can minimize changes to the physical size of the device while still giving users the benefits of a larger screen.
It's likely that will use new BRS (Border Reduction Structure) technology to reduce the bezel size. BRS is a borderless display technology that makes the border at the bottom of the panel as thin as possible by rolling the copper wiring at the bottom upwards. Apple's display suppliers, including Samsung, LG, and BOE, have purportedly secured the technology and are expected to use it for all four incoming iPhone models.
Apple is expected to unveil its new iPhone 16 lineup this fall. For now, check out these mockups for size comparison and please download the iClarified app or follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and RSS for more updates!
