Towson Apple Store employees are accusing the company of using stall tactics to delay the union negotiation process and avoid addressing the workers' demands for fair wages and improved working conditions.

The Apple Store in Towson, Maryland was the first of the company's stores to successfully unionize. In June 2022, employees voted to join the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAMAW). Since then, employees have engaged in nearly two years of negotiations with Apple, but the Cupertino company has allegedly been stalling throughout the entire process.

A new video from More Perfect Union, examines the situation.

We got an inside look at contract negotiations at the first Apple store to unionize.
The picture is damning for a company that claims its "soul is our people."
Apple has stalled for 2 years while cracking down on unionized workers, forcing around 50 to leave.

The union has already authorized a strike if an agreement cannot be reached, but leaders are hoping Apple will uphold its stated value that 'the soul of Apple is our people'.
