Apple Announces 'Scary Fast' Special Event on October 30

Apple has announced a 'Scary Fast' special event that will be held on October 30, 2023. The event will take place virtually at 5pm PT / 8pm ET.

According to the latest rumors, Apple is planning to unveil a new 24-inch iMac and possibly new MacBook Pro models at the event.

Considering the 'Scary Fast' tagline, it's possible that the company will introduce a new M3 processor on October 30. This would be a change from the typical release cycle which has seen new processors arrive to the MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro before making their way to the more powerful 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro.


Also interesting is the time of the event. Apple is airing the stream at 8pm ET which is very unusual. Typically, Apple events take place at 1pm ET.
