Google has quietly increased the price of YouTube Premium for subscribers in the United States.
The cost of an individual YouTube Premium subscription is now $13.99, up $2/month from $11.99. If you're signing up from iOS it's now $18.99, up from $15.99.
The cost of an annual plan has also got up to $139.99/year from $119.99/year. That's an increase of $20 per year.
For just YouTube Music Premium, the price has gone up from $9.99/month to $10.99/month.
Strangely, YouTube hasn't officially announced the price increase as of yet; however, the higher cost is live on its sign-up page. Presumably, users will be moved over to the new pricing on their next billing cycle.
