Apple has released the first public beta of iOS 16.6 and iPadOS 16.6 to testers for download. The software update was first released to developers on Tuesday.

Note that as of iOS 16.4, Apple is moving away from beta profiles and has added a new section in Settings > General > Software Update where you can enable developer or public betas.
