Apple is purportedly working on two new iPhone 16 Pro models with larger 6.31-inch and 6.91-inch displays, according to leaker @URedditor. The current iPhone 14 Pro has a 6.12-inch display and the iPhone 14 Pro Max has a 6.69-inch display.

In a post on Twitter today, the leaker says both models will feature a periscope lens.

Apple is working on two Pro models
for the iPhone 16 series, with increased display panel sizes (the actual display area is a bit smaller):

D93 - 6.31"

D94 - 6.91"

Both models are set to feature the new periscope lens, unlike the 15 lineup where it's restricted to the Pro Max.

This is partly why I suggested avoiding the 15 models, along with a few other things I can't say anything about.

Notably, TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has already predicted that Apple will make the iPhone 16 Pro slightly larger to accommodate a periscope lens. The lens is said to enable between 5x to 6x optical zoom and will be a nice enhancement for photographers.

Apple isn't expected to introduce the iPhone 16 until fall 2024 so there is still plenty of time for design changes. Please download the iClarified app or follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and RSS for the latest iPhone updates.
