Apple is reportedly planning to release Final Cut Pro for iPad next year, according to a new rumor from leaker 941. Additionally, Apple allegedly plans to release Logic Pro for iPad the following year.
Here's the tweet shared by 941 earlier today.

I wanted to say this last week, but I'm going to Prematurely say it right now.
Final Cut Pro is coming to iPadOS in 2024
Logic Pro is expected 2025.
I found this out the same day I found out we're getting 2x (dual) 6K (@ 60hz) external display support on the 14.1" model
-----
Notably, the iPad version of Final Cut Pro will purportedly feature the same capabilities as the full macOS version.
To clarify, this version of Final Cit Pro will be 1:1 to its big brother, along with a slightly modified UI to support touch
Given that the iPad Pro uses the same M-series processors found on Mac, a fully featured app for iPadOS is definitely possible, but we'll have to wait and see if this rumor materializes.
