Opera has announced several new updates to its browser for iOS, including a free VPN service. Now available in early access, the free VPN will roll out to all users over the coming weeks.
We're thrilled to announce the extension of our free VPN service to Opera Browser for iOS. With the latest addition, Opera has become the first web browser to offer a free, built-in VPN across all major platforms: Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, and now iOS – so no matter what you're using, we've got you covered. Now available in early access, the VPN's full rollout will be coming in the next few weeks.
In addition, the iOS browser is getting a Bookmarks feature and Live Scores on its homepage.
So we have two more updates for you that will make Opera for iOS even better. First, a Bookmarks feature will allow you to better organize your life online; coupled with Speed Dial you'll have immediate access to what matters most to you. And if that's football, then even better news! A new Live Scores feature is set to land on the browser's homepage. A scoreboard will display the day's matches – whether they are upcoming, in progress, or the final whistle has already gone – so Live Scores will help make sure that you're always on top of all the action, worldwide.
