Apple's new iPhone 15 Pro may feature a single unified solid state volume button, rather than two separate buttons for volume up and volume down, according to Zone of Tech.
The channel noticed that leaked CAD files for the iPhone 15 Pro show just a single volume button with two pins. Compare that to the CAD files for the iPhone 15 which have two buttons with two pins each.
Almost 100% sure that the iPhone 15 Pro will LONG Unified Volume button, rather than 2 separate ones. While making our iPhone 15 Pro Concept, we've found that Apple uses 2 pins on each of the 2 volume buttons. The iPhone 15 Pro CAD only shows 2 pins on a longer volume button.
If you look at the regular iPhone 15 CAD, you can see that it clearly has 2 individual button slots with 4 pins in total. Pretty sure that this means we'll see a unified volume button on the 15 Pro.

Notably, the channel also believes that that Apple will change the mute switch to a solid state mute button. Again, comparing the iPhone 15 Pro CAD with the iPhone 15 we can see two pins for the mute switch on the pro model.
Not only that but 100% sure that the mute switch will also switch to a singular press button, rather than the up and down switch that we have now. Take a look at the iPhone 15 Pro CAD VS regular 15 & the inside of the buttons.

Apple isn't expected to launch its new iPhone series until this fall; however, we've been seeing a lot of early leaks. The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro are both expected to get Dynamic Island and Ceramic Shield but rumors suggest the iPhone 15 Pro will have thinner bezels, solid state buttons, and 8GB of RAM.
The iPhone 15 Pro will likely utilize an A17 Bionic chip made with TSMC's 3nm process, while the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will stick with the A16 Bionic and 6GB of RAM. All four models will purportedly have a USB-C port and Qualcomm's 5G Snapdragon X70 modem.
Finally, it's predicted the iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature a periscope telephoto lens for better optical zoom while the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus could get a 48MP rear camera lens.
