The rumored new 'Apple Watch Pro' will feature a larger 47mm case and flat display, reports Macotakara.
Sources tell the site that the new model could be a 'one more thing' announcement at Apple's upcoming Far Out special event.
According to reliable sources in China, Apple announced the iPhone 8/8 Plus in 2017 as "One more thing..." as well as the iPhone X, and that an all-new product may be added to the Apple Watch. The all-new Apple Watch design will have a flat display in a metal casing like the iPhone 13 Pro and will likely only be available in the 47mm size, sources said.
Previous reports have indicated that in addition to the iPhone 14, the next generation Apple Watch Series 8 lineup will debut on September 7. The standard model will likely look the same as the Series 7 but add a body-temperature sensor and women's health features. A new Pro model will target sportier customers with a larger and more shatter-resistant display, enhanced tracking for hiking and swimming, longer battery life, and a rugged and premium metal case (likely titanium).
