All four new iPhone 14 models are expected to have 6GB of RAM, according to a new report from TrendForce.

In its iPhone 14 specifications and configuration forecast, TrendForce predicts that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get a new A16 processor built using TSMC's 4nm process while the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will feature an A15 processor built using TSMC's 5nm plus process.

It is worth mentioning, the iPhone 14 series to be launched by Apple in 2H22 will feature four new models. Most notably and unlike prior offerings, only the latest processors are employed in the Pro series. In addition to taking into account terminal pricing strategy, this can also highlight differences in market positioning. As rising inflation changes consumer behavior, this type of product positioning is expected to attract more buyers.

The iPhone 14 Pro/Max models are expected to have 6GB of power efficient LPDDR5 RAM while the iPhone 14/Max models will reportedly have 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Currently, the iPhone 13 Pro uses LPDDR4x RAM.

As rumored, the Pro models will feature a better 48MP camera while the non-Pro models will stick with a 12MP camera.

Finally, the Pro models will also feature more storage with 256GB/512GB/1TB configurations versus the non-Pro models at 128GB/256GB/512GB.
