Apple's next generation MacBook Air will reportedly feature an M2 chip, off-white bezels and keyboard, MagSafe, and more, according to leaker @dylandkt.
The upcoming MacBook (Air) will release in the middle of 2022. It will have MagSafe, a 1080p webcam, USB C ports, a 30W power adapter, and no fans. There will be color options similar to the iMac 24. The bezels and keyboard will be an off white with full sized function keys.
Dylan expects the design to be similar to the new MacBook Pro but thinner and lighter. A mini-LED display is likely but a notch is not confirmed. Additionally, the leaker does not expect Promotion, Face ID, an SD card slot, tapered design, or HDMI. Multiple displays will reportedly be supported.
The leaker also says Apple is considering renaming the laptop 'MacBook'.
