Apple has released macOS Monterey beta 8 to developers for testing. The build number is 21A5534d.
Xcode 13 is required to develop apps on Macs running macOS Monterey. If you need to build apps against the iOS 14, iPadOS 14, watchOS 7, or tvOS 14 SDKs, you can create a separate volume on your Mac running macOS Big Sur and Xcode 12.
