Apple has resorted to making employees wear police-grade body cameras in an effort to stop leaks, according to Jon Prosser and FPT.
For the first time ever reported, Apple is making some of its employees wear what we were told were “police-grade” body cameras similar to the #1 law enforcement camera, the Axon Body 2. “Similar,” if not the same.
Apple has purportedly been rolling out this new requirement to their teams for "at least" the last few weeks. Only specific teams are being required to wear the cameras, not all Apple employees.
Due its large supply chain, keeping new products hidden until their unveiling has proven nearly impossible for Apple; however, the company continues to go after employees and reporters that share inside information.
