Apple Could Announce Podcasts Subscription Service Tomorrow

Apple could announce a Podcasts subscription service at its special event tomorrow, reports Recode Media host Peter Kafta.

While we are here: Pretty sure Apple is prepping its own podcast plan - a paid subscription service - on Tuesday.

Apple has produced a couple original podcasts for its Apple TV+ service including the 'For All Mankind: The Original Podcast' and 'The Line'. The company could expand on this and bring in exclusive content for a Podcasts+ subscription service.


It's likely that Podcasts+ would be included in an Apple One subscription but it's unclear if would be available with Apple Music or be a standalone subscription.
