Apple is set to release an augmented reality device, AirTags, new AirPods, and more in 2021, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
In an investor note, Kuo said an Apple augmented reality device would launch this year. He did not specify what the device would be; however, reports claim Apple has a secret team working on both VR and AR headsets. Leaker Jon Prosser previously claimed that Apple could unveil glasses with a 'Starboard' UI in June 2021.
AirTags, Apple's long anticipated tracking tag, is also set to launch this year. The tracker will purportedly use ultra-wide band to help locate your items with a greater degree of precision than rival devices.
Kuo also says to expect new AirPods in 2021, more Macs with Apple Silicon, and the first devices with mini-LED displays. Previous rumors have suggested that a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro and new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros will be the first devices to get mini-LED displays.
