Apple Releases macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 RC2 to Developers [Download]

Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 Release Candidate 2 to developers. The build number is 20B28.

This RC version can be used to test apps that you plan to submit to the App Store.
Note: The term "Release Candidate" (RC) replaces "GM seed" and indicates this version is near final.

Developers can download the macOS Developer Beta Access Utility from the link below. As new macOS betas become available you will receive a notification and can install them from the Software Update pane in System Preferences.


macOS Big Sur will be released to the public on November 12.
