Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 Release Candidate to developers ahead of its special event on November 10.
Run the macOS Developer Beta Access Utility to download the latest macOS beta. As new macOS betas become available you will receive a notification and can install them from the Software Update pane in System Preferences.

Apple is expected to announce three new MacBooks with Apple Silicon at event as part of its transition away from Intel.
