The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max models have 6GB of RAM and the lower end iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini models have 4GB of RAM, according to a plist file in Xcode 12.1 beta.

Spotted by MacRumors, the plist has accurately revealed the RAM in previous generations as well.

These plist files have accurately revealed the amount of RAM in several generations of iPhones, and for good measure, a seemingly legitimate Geekbench result for the iPhone 12 Pro also lists 6GB of RAM for that device. By comparison, the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max are all equipped with 4GB of RAM.

You can learn more about the iPhone 12 at the links below. The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will be available to pre-order on October 16th and the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max will be available to pre-order on November 6.
