New Apple TV and HomePod Mini Will Purportedly Act as Ultra-Wideband Base Stations

The new Apple TV and HomePod mini will both act as ultra-wideband base stations for your home, according to leaker Jon Prosser.
In a post on Twitter, Prosser says that both devices will precisely track you location as you walk inside your home using other U1 devices. That location information will allegedly be used for media controls, brightness/volume control, and door locks. "Turns regular hardware into HomeKit hardware"
Can also be used in the Find My app when you’re away from home to alert you if any of your devices have been moved within or taken from your home.
Base stations like HomePod mini and Apple TV are a very clever Trojan horse from Apple that will enable AR capabilities in your Find My app within your home. Next level stuff.
The iPhone 11 and Apple Watch Series 6 contain a U1 chip that will likely be used by Apple's rumored AirTag trackers. Prosser is now claiming that the trackers have been delayed until March 2021.
I’m told the AirTags delay is due to the COVID situation in the Eastern market.
The new Apple TV will probably get unveiled next year but the HomePod mini could be launched at Apple's big event tomorrow. Please download the iClarified app or follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and RSS for full coverage of Apple's iPhone 5G event.
