Apple has just released a 13.5.1 update to iOS and iPadOS, as well as a tvOS 13.4.6 update, to block the unc0ver jailbreak.
This means that if you accidentally update you will no longer be able to jailbreak your device. If you were planning to jailbreak and didn't get around to it, you have a short period of time to manually update using a firmware ipsw before the signing window closes.
