Adobe has posted a video in which they demonstrate some iPhone applications that were built with Flash. These application are already available in the App Store.

The two examples provided are Fickleblox and ChromaCircuit.

Adobe has also posted a video demonstration of how to create an iPhone application in Flash CS5. In the tutorial Adobe demonstrates the current workflow for taking a Flash application and compiling it to a native iPhone application.

Take a look at the video below...

I seriously dont care if Flash is never in the browser. But being able to make standalone apps/games out of it would be great.

So, instead of improving their flash for Mac and developing an iPhone optimized flash plug-in they are spending their time on this?! By the way SJ didn't say he don't want flash on the iPhone, he said Apple will include flash if Adobe develop one that works well on the iPhone without crashing the browser. But like he said Adobe is lazy. They don't really care about the end results and users as long as they can keep developer writing flash content.

Funny that Flash works fine on Firefox but it can work as well on Safari, and I don't mean iPhone Safari...probably Adobe is lazy by not fixing Safari...probably...

Funny how Mac Safari as well as Firefox on my Mac crashes only when flash is running. The other funny thing is that my MBP fans kicks in high when I use flash. There are many funny things happening when Flash is running

Why so negative, it may happen if jb phones are out, after all that's why they are jb, so they can run and do what Jobs doesn't want, creating limitations is only what Apple loves and praise, I say the hell with all this NO NO and let Adobe create some apps that we can get from Cydia, great apps that the ppl running stock phones will make Apple change it's mind.

Flash is much easier to use then the iPhone SDK for app creation. I think it is much better suited as a development tool then a runtime environment. I'm all for this.
