13-inch MacBook Pro Refresh May Arrive Next Month

Apple could launch the much anticipated update to the 13-inch MacBook Pro next month, according leaker Jon Prosser.

If everything goes well... New 13” MacBook Pro (codename J223) coming next month.

Note: it’s a refresh to the current 13”. So the bigger 14” display upgrade is a big possibility


Apple is widely expected to update the 13-inch MacBook Pro with a 14-inch display, faster processors, and a scissor switch keyboard. The update would be similar to the recent 16-inch MacBook Pro which replaced the 15-inch MacBook Pro.

If you were planning to purchase the smaller MacBook Pro, we would strongly suggest waiting for the new 14-inch model if you can. If not, consider the just released 13-inch MacBook Air which does feature Apple's new keyboard, double the storage, and a new lower price of $999.
