Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that the company will make a 'substantial donation' to Italy that includes medical supplies.
Cook made the announcement on Twitter earlier today...

On March 13th, Apple said its donations had already reached $15 million.
Italy has been hit particularly hard with coronavirus. It has over 41,000 confirmed cases and has now surpassed China with over 3,400 covid-19 related deaths. That's despite less than half the confirmed number of cases.
