iCloud Drive Folder Sharing will not arrive on macOS Catalina until spring 2020, according to Apple. The company has updated its website to list the feature as 'Coming this spring.'
iCloud Drive Folder Sharing will let users easily share folders with a private link, allowing those with access to view the folder's content and add new files.
Notably, the iOS 13 Features pages still lists folder sharing as coming this fall but it's unclear if that's just because Apple has yet to update the page. The feature did appear in early betas of iOS 13 but was pulled before final release.
Apple has also marked the 'Communication Limits' feature for macOS Catalina as 'Coming this spring'. Communication Limits will let you control who your children can communicate with and who can communicate with them throughout the day and during downtime.
