Apple has dropped the price of its USB-C to Lightning cable from $25 to $19.
Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with Lightning connector to your USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) enabled Mac for syncing and charging. You can also use this cable with your Apple 29W, 61W, or 87W USB-C Power Adapter to charge your iOS device, and even take advantage of the fast-charging feature on iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X.
The move comes as Apple is rumored to be introducing a new 18W USB-C charger with its next generation iPhones. More details on that here.
If you still don't want to spend $19 for a cable. You can purchase three MFi certified Hunda USB-C to Lightning cables for $12.99 and take an additional 15% off using coupon code '4RQF8TUS'. We have not tried these cables; however, they appear to be in Apple's list of MFi Licensed Accessories.
