Early iPhone X Adopters Are Happy With All But One Feature [Chart]

A recent study by Techpinions surveyed early adopters of the iPhone X and found that users are pretty much happy with every feature except one.
When it came to overall customer satisfaction, iPhone X owners in our study gave the product an overall 97% customer satisfaction. While that number is impressive, what really stands out when you do customer satisfaction studies is the percentage who say they are very satisfied with the product. Considering you add up the total number of very satisfied, and satisfied, to get your total customer satisfaction number a product can have a high number of satisfied responses and lower number of very satisfied responses and still achieve a high number. The higher the very satisfied responses, the better a product truly is. In our study, 85% of iPhone X owners said they were very satisfied with the product.
So what was the one feature that iPhone X users were really unhappy with? That would be Siri. Apple's once cutting edge personal assistant has unfortunately fallen behind its rivals over the past few years. Its performance has reflected poorly on other devices such as the HomePod as well. Only 20% of iPhone X early adopters said they were satisfied with Siri. That's far below the second new Portrait Selfies feature at 67%.
Earlier this month, Apple poached John Giannandrea, Google's Chief of Search of AI, to lead its machine learning and A.I. efforts. The hire is seen as a big win for Apple could help the company catch up to the artificial intelligence technology of its rivals and lead to Siri improvements.
