SquareTrade has posted its durability test results for the Samsung Galaxy S9, declaring it more durable than the iPhone X and the Galaxy S8. That said, it "still breaks on the first drop".
The Galaxy S9 received a breakability score of 71 (Medium Risk) slightly less than the S9+ at 76 (Medium-High Risk). That compares to the iPhone X with a breakability score of 90 (High Risk). SquareTrade described Apple's flagship device as "the most breakable, highest priced, most expensive to repair iPhone, ever".
