A new report from Macotakara claims the iPhone 8 won't be available in white and may not have Touch ID.

The front frame is black only and white has been confirmed not possible so the possibility is high that color variation is few.

According to the Asian supply channel, the new premium model will look much like the many leaks we've been seeing; however, it's likely to be slightly delayed into the October-December quarter and will probably be in short supply.

Despite reports that Apple could be moving Touch ID into the Power Button or behind the display, Taiwanese suppliers say the possibility seems low.

According to Taiwanese supplier information, there is no hole in the side button of the genuine case, so the possibility that the Touch ID is mounted on the side button side is low, and the Touch ID that can be used for the entire front organic EL is mounted The possibility seems to be low.

As previously reported, Apple may choose to rely on a new Face ID feature for Apple Pay and authentication. The feature can allegedly scan your face within a few hundred milliseconds and can even work with the iPhone laying flat on a table.
