Apple announced that Final Cut Pro X has reached two million users at NAB 2017.
The video editing app was released June 21, 2011 as the successor to Final Cut Pro. Its lack of features and new magnetic timeline caused an immediate backlash; however, over the years it's gained much of its missing functionality back and is now used by many professionals.
