Apple Starts Planting Trees as Apple Campus 2 Nears Completion [Video]

Check out these new drone videos highlighting construction progress on Apple Campus 2.

As you can see, Apple has now started planting trees on site and preparing for other landscaping elements. Solar is estimated to be at 50% installed. There are fewer cranes on site and the maintenance facility is growing quickly.

The company was hoping to finish its new campus by the end of the year; however, early 2017 appears to be more likely.

I'm guessing it will be opened on Christmas Day. It would be an ultimate gift and as an honor to Steve Jobs.
