Samsung has posted a video apology to its customers following the announcement of an official recall of the Galaxy Note 7 due to an exploding battery.
Tim Baxter, President & COO of Samsung Electronics America, addresses Samsung’s exchange program and formal U.S. voluntary recall of the Galaxy Note7 in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Samsung confirms that new Note7 replacement devices will be available in the United States at most retail locations no later than September 21, 2016.
