Leaked Molds and Schematics for the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus [Photos]

Molds and schematics for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have allegedly been leaked on Baidu. The molds are reportedly used during the finishing process of the aluminum surface.

As seen in past leaks, the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 mold features a slightly larger and repositioned camera opening which is said to be indicative of a higher quality camera. The 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus has an elongated camera opening widely rumored to contain a dual lens camera.

Not present on the molds or schematics is any indication of a Smart Connector. There have been conflicting rumors on whether Apple will equip the iPhone 7 with the connector; however, if it does ship it will likely be an iPhone 7 Plus exclusive.

These rumor are such snoozers. Simplified antennas? Slightly different camera? Wireless headphones? Obligatory faster processor? So boring. Where's the sapphire, edge to edge OLED display? Where my iPhone that can replace a GoPro?

The OLED comes next year, the edge to edge will eventually happen or go beyond it if there is a point and reason, the antennas are meant to be there but not seen in a way, everything else I can agree but I doubt it will get boring. The only thing I don't know about yet because it's never mentioned but not big of a deal is sapphire.

The fact that OLED is next year is lame. Should have been a year ago. Apple will be years late to the party by next year. Point is, Apple should be blazing the trail, not chasing others after the fact. Creating exciting products is what Apple should be about, not making a few tweaks and then calling it iPhone 7.

That's what Apple is doing. The only reason others are ahead is because they release their phones much later than iPhones. Even if an iPhone does look different on the outside in terms of materials, there's always something up their sleeve and just look at what iDropnews.com mentions about that.

How do we know Mr.Cook is doing this? What he eventually reveals always means it's different than most if not all (if possible) of everything mentioned here.

That's to make the hole for camera, not the size of it! It's a moulding, not camera so it's a complete reverse of what will be there.
