A new video offers a 360 degree look at the upcoming iPhone 7 based on leaked schematics. Posted by uSwitch and OnLeaks the video was created with CAD data that was leaked yesterday.
Today, we’ve taken the blueprints you've already seen and a load you haven't and combined them to create a video that gives you an even better look at Apple’s next-generation smartphones.
As you can can see the both devices drop the headphone jack but do not gain a second speaker.
The two phones also feature protruding cameras; however, there doesn't appear to be a metal ring around their lenses. The iPhone 7 Plus has an elongated opening, suggesting that it will be equipped with a dual lens camera, as rumored. The camera opening on the iPhone 7 is slightly larger and in a slightly different position than the iPhone 6s. This could indicate that it too may gain a better quality camera.
The iPhone 7 Plus has a Smart Connector; however, the smaller iPhone 7 does not. There has been much debate over whether Apple will equip its larger phone with this feature. Earlier reports said it would; however, a recent report suggested Apple may have abandoned that plan.
Apple will likely unveil the iPhone 7 this fall; however, it's rumored to be holding off on its big redesign for next year. You can follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
