Apple is about to make its case for encryption and privacy before Congress.
The House Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on "The Encryption Tightrope: Balancing Americans’ Security and Privacy" at which Apple will argue that it should not be forced to build a backdoor into the iPhone.
The hearing is divided into two panels:
