The Twitter app has been updated with support for 3D Touch on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, as well as universal links, and other improvements.

Tweet, Retweet, reply and favorite in a flash. Quickly see recent Tweets and top trends. Share your location, a song, or your thoughts with a flick on the wrist. It's Twitter, but littler.

What's New In This Version:
Starting today, Twitter users on iOS 9 can expect the following when they update to version 6.37.2:
- Support for 3D Touch on iPhone 6s and 6s Plus so that users can access New Tweet, New Message and Search without opening the Twitter app on the home screen
- Support for universal links that open directly in Twitter rather than launching Safari
- The ability to access muted and blocked accounts in Settings
- Full support for the quick reply from push notifications

Additionally:
- Videos in tweet details will autoplay the same way they do in your timeline
- You'll have visibility of tweet text during full-screen video playback in someone's profile
- Enjoy media swiping capability during full-screen video playback
- And finally, quoted tweets will appear as an embedded media, reducing character count

You can download Twitter from the App Store for free.
