iPhone 6c With 4-Inch Display and FinFET Chips to Arrive in 2016?

A new report from DigiTimes says that Apple is still planing an iPhone 5c successor with a 4-inch display but won't introduce it until next year. The company will allegedly release the device in Q2 2016 and it will feature 14/16nm FinFET chips.
The 14/16nm FinFET chips will be manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Samsung, the sources said. The original plan was to equip the devices with chips built using TSMC's 20nm SoC process, said the sources, but the adoption of FinFET processors would enable specs upgrade and lower power consumption.
Just a few days ago, a report indicated that evidence of the iPhone 6c disappeared from Apple's supply chain and previous reports have also suggested the device won't launch until next year.
In the meanwhile, TSMC and Samsung are said to have already begun volume production of chips for use in the iPhone 6s.
