A newly leaked photo claims to reveal the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, Samsung's upcoming competitor to the iPhone 6 Plus.

The rendering was posted by @OnLeaks (Steve Hemmerstoffer), a source that has been accurate in the past.

The S6 Edge Plus is predicted to look much the like the S6 Edge but will feature a larger 5.5-inch screen. You'll also notice some very minor tweaks to the bottom of the device.

#Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus (approx. 154.45x75.80x6.85mm (suggesting 5.5" screen))

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much more like the iPhone than its predecessors featuring an aluminum and glass body, built-in battery, no memory expansion, and similar design elements. These changes led Consumer Reports to give the device a lower rating than the S5. Click here for more details.

Looks very similar to an iPhone. Almost like they copied it. I think they copied it. Weren't they making flip phones prior to the iPhone?

Blatant copy is right... Unabashed style theft... Oh, not the S6. The iPhone 6. It's a blatant ripoff of the Samsung ATIV SE. A phone Samsung released years ago. Please, iSheep, do your homework first. You sit in your ivory tower talking about feel vs specs, style vs function. While Samsung forges ahead innovating and actually bringing new technology to its customers, the Apple world is fed years old technology branded as revolutionary. The S3 drew even with the iPhone. The S4 was the first to beat it. The S5 showed Samsung's dominance. The S6 changed the game. But you won't see an S6 Plus. The next phone you see from Samsung will be the Note 5. You remember the Note, right? The one the iPhone 6 Plus tried to emulate? OK. We'll call it like it is... Copy. Yeah, well the Note 5 is coming. It will take the next logical progressive leap and continue Samsung's technology dominance of Apple.

i am a complete apple user with their brand littered throughout my home. the s6 edge is by far the most beautiful smartphone ever created. if apple made it the fans would go crazy. i am still adamant that if some how in the future samsung can put IOS on it's device (even as a hack), i would instantly buy one. but i like my eco system SO I AM AT LEAST APPRECIATE THAT SAMSUNG PUTS UP COMPETITION TO APPLE. OTHERWISE THE IPHONE WOULD STILL BE A SMALL AGED DEVICE. THANK YOU SAMSUNG. --an apple user

The things that people griped about iPhone Samsung provided with expandable memory and removable battery. Now there is no difference except that Samsung OS is inferior.

I was iphone fan since the first one, now I will ask you. Dont you find out the iphone is boring? same icons since the first one till today? thicker, tinner, smaller, larger, dont you see u have the same as the first model? why apple dont have a 16mp camera? why their phones not support NFC? do u have an answer for that? Can u make phones calls with the "IWATCH" by itself? without any iphone paired? sure you can not dont you. well samsung Gear S can do it for you since it has its own sim card own number and and and you can pair it with any android if you want it. "HELLLOOOO". Take off your blindfold. SO probably the phone looks like an iphone but apple it is far away from samsung tecnology if not belive me I invited you to try the Samsung galaxy note Edge, beautifull phone. maybe you are not ready to accept the reality but that;s what it is. I was blind in the begining buying iphone 3-3gs-4-4s-5-5s ipad 1-2-3-4-air, and one day I realize that there is another parallel world outside apple with devices way better than "IPHONES". any way. good luck waiting online out of the store for the newest model.

I thought there was already a size for it to compete, and naming it like the iPhone is not enough? The phone was built like iPhone and eventually named like it. What's next, a lightning port like the iPhone, iPhone like style, or apps that resemble iOS?
