The are instructions on how to charge the Apple Watch and check its battery level.
The Apple Watch comes with a Magnetic Charging Cable or Magnetic Charging Case. To use the magnetic charging cable, plug the cable into a 5W USB power adapter and then place the Apple Watch onto the concave side of the charger.
The magnets on the charger align the Apple Watch properly, and you’ll hear a chime and see the charging symbol on the watch face. The symbol is red when Apple Watch needs power and turns green when the Apple Watch is charging.
To check the remaining power, swipe up on the watch face, then swipe to the Battery glance.
