Apple's retail sales pitch that employees will use to sell the Apple Watch to customers has been leaked by 9to5Mac.

The site obtained documents that reveal Apple will focus on 'three key features' of the smartwatch and plans to encourage buyers to upgrade or switch to new iPhones. Apple apparently believes that "many customers have already decided they want an Apple Watch" and plans use the watch to "position the benefits" of purchasing a compatible iPhone.

Many customers have already decided they want an Apple Watch. With the right questions and the APPLE Steps of Service, you can make great Apple Watch recommendations that suit both personal style and lifestyle.

Employees are encouraged to listen to customers and to try and pick up cues to find out what they really care about.

What does your customers already know?
Listen for cues that reveal what they care about. Then highlight the ways Apple Watch will add value to their life.
● What interests you most about Apple Watch?
● How do you see yourself using Apple Watch?
● Tell me about who this is for - is it for yourself or someone else? Is there a special occasion?

Apple employees are also told to recommend that customers without an iPhone switch now so they will be ready for the Apple Watch when it arrives.

Is their iPhone compatible (iPhone 5 or later)?
If not, position the benefits of upgrading to one that is. Discover what they love about their iPhone now. Then highlight how Apple Watch would enhance that experience.
● Tell me about how you use your iPhone.
● Do you have a favorite feature of iOS 8?
● Do you use any health or fitness apps on your iPhone?
Encourage customers who don't use iPhone to switch now so they're ready for Apple Watch later.

To help customers pick a watch model and band that will best suit them, employees are also instructed to ask them about their personal style.

What's their personal style?
Discover your customer's needs, tastes, and material preferences.
● Are you looking for a watch that's more casual or formal?
● Would you like additional bands to suit different occasions?
● Do you prefer metal or leather bands?

Notably, the three key features of the smartwatch to be touted by Apple are: "Health and Fitness", "New Ways to Connect" and "Timekeeping". These same features were highlighted during the Apple Watch unveiling.

Apple is set to ship the Apple Watch in April; however, it has yet to reveal which countries will get the device first. Cook told employees at an Apple Store in Germany that they would get the device in April and it's believed that Canada, Australia, France and the U.K. will be among some of the first launch countries.

Apple is holding a 'Spring Forward' media even on March 9th at which it should provide more details. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates.
